this is my healthy weight loss blog. just because i'm doing it the healthy why doesn't mean i don't want to meet people who are giving it a different approach. i'm trying to be as positive as i can be. however, i suffer with depression so sometimes i do have days where i miss a workout, sometimes even a week without one but i haven't quit. i'm not stopping until i'm happy with myself. to find out more about me then click on my links and have a look around my blog. if anyone ever needs advice my ask box is always there!

GW2 - 175 lbs
GW3 - 165 lbs
GW4 - 155 lbs
i only have 4 goal weights so far, once i reach the 4th one i will decide then if i'm happy with how i look.
